Direction

We begin by aligning on goals, priorities, and constraints so there’s a clear direction for the work ahead. I review everything you’ve shared, set a focused plan for the Capsule, and make sure we’re on the same pagebefore design begins.

Design Time

Over three consecutive days, I focus on your project. This is dedicated design time, with progress updates, video walkthroughs, and opportunities to review and respond as the work takes shape.

Wrap-Up & Handoff

At the end of your Capsule, you’ll receive finalized deliverables, supporting files, and a simple guide for next steps. You walk away with tangible upgrades and a clear foundation to move forward.
PRE-WORK + PREPARATION
Before we begin, you’ll receive simple, self-guided materials to help you get oriented and clear, so our time together can stay focused and intentional.

For Brand Identity Capsules, this includes a ReadyType GPT experience to clarify your brand direction.

For Website Capsules, this includes foundational website wireframes to map structure and flow.These materials are included with every Design Capsule.

Optional add-ons, like a ReadyType Reading or a Website Wireframe Copy Consult Session, are available if you’d like extra 1:1 support before we begin.
