Flora + Fauna is a locally owned and operated cafe and coffee roaster based in East Nashville, Tennessee. Using seasonal and local ingredients, Flora + Fauna brings an elevated approach to coffee in Nashville.

Before the brand's launch and storefront build-out in 2020, the Flora + Fauna founding team wanted to find a way to distinguish their community-minded cafe and express their vision in an incredibly saturated market.

In our discovery, we worked to determine brand touchpoints like signage, product packaging, menu design, social graphics, and more. We then created a cohesive and imaginative brand identity that worked in the real world and aligned with their distinct marketing positioning. The brand features abstracted plant iconography created from coffee bean shapes and a versatile color palette that speaks to the fresh, natural nature of the coffee and food.
