Kara Teising was launching her own boutique search firm specializing in executive recruitment, and wanted to shine in a corporate-dominated field. She sought a distinctive brand identity and website design that reflected their unique character and create a memorable mark in a sometimes stodgy industry.

We took on the challenge, infusing the brand with subtle hints of nature and a playful, confident, vibe. We created a sleek, modern logo with abstract natural shapes, paired with a color palette that mixed earthy textures and bold color. With this fresh look and feel, Kara now has a brand identity that embodies her personalized approach to executive recruitment.
