While curating an ever-growing online reference library, Black Women Directors founder Danielle Scruggs faced a two-fold challenge. First, she recognized the need for a more refined user experience. Second, she realized the existing website lacked the sophistication required to garner trust and authority with a large, highly-engaged audience.

Using our technical expertise and strategic approach, we created a new and improved version of Black Women Directors that enhances user engagement and ensures a seamless user experience. We streamlined the website functionality and created an intuitive interface that effortlessly guides users through their content journey. Simultaneously, we crafted a clean, memorable brand scape with a carefully selected color palette and typography system. The brand conveys a sense of knowledge and expertise, establishing Black Women Directors as an authority in the film industry.
